Connie Martinez Addresses SJLC

Connie Martinez, CEO and Managing Director of 1stACT Silicon Valley, helped SJLC launch our new leadership development series, "Building a Better Leader" this past Monday. She shared the lessons of her 30+ years of leadership development, focusing on what she sees as the four qualities of good leaders. She brought these qualities to life through the leadership lessons she has learned while working in both the public and non-profit sectors. She also spent some time explaining the unique challenges of non-profit leadership in Silicon Valley and took questions from the audience.
